Alkaline ink and varnish washing solution for ceramic metal and chrome-plated rollers (deep clean)
Designation
The washing solution is designed for deep cleaning of ceramic metal (anilox) roller and chrome-plated rollers for gravure (rotogravure) and flexo printing, to eliminate water-based, alcohol-based (solvent-based) UV inks and varnishes. Recovers the complete volume of ink transfer! Ready-to-use solution.
Ingredients
Alkali, complexing agents, corrosion inhibitors, surfactants, wetting agents.

Stir well before use!
Prior to application, clean/degrease the roller with MONGOOSE U-1 solvent or similar solution, clean up the rest of the contamination with a rag. Apply the solution on the roller surface using a special melamine sponge, rub it up with strong hand movements (circular and longitudinal), if needed, soak the sponge into additional fresh solution. Exposure time is 3-5 minutes. Continue rubbing, without letting the working solution dry down on the surface of the roller, occasionally washing off contaminations from the sponge with running water. Then rinse the roller well under running water, wipe it up with clean dry rug and let dry. Keep the agent containers with the lid tight in place/screwed on! Recommended application mode: clean the roller at least once in 2-3 weeks if it is not used intensively, and no less than once a week if it is used intensively. Please note: To ensure better and faster cleaning of the rollers from ink, melamine sponges are recommended for rubbing the solution onto the printing roller surface!
- For application, use protective clothing and respiratory system protection equipment, i.e. respirators, goggles for the eyes, protective gloves for the hands, such as Ultranitril 492 or Technic 401
- Use aprons for clothing protection
- Keep away from children
- Do not smell
- In case of eye contact, immediately wash the eyes under running water and contact a doctor for help
- In case of skin contact, wash the area with water and soap
Store the washing solution in tightly closed container, at ambient temperature +5 - + 25°С, away from heat, direct sunlight and food. Keep away from children!

Packaging: Boxes (9 bottles, 1 kg each). 1 kg bottles; 5 kg, 12 kg, 25 kg canisters.
